SHIPPING INFO

We work with an on-demand printing partner, so most products are only made when you order. Our printing partner has production facilities throughout the world, so your order will be printed and shipped from the location most convenient to you. This means shorter shipping distances, faster delivery times and less environmental impact.

Shipping Time

Please allow 2-4 weeks for production and delivery of most products. At this time we ship to most countries, but please contact us if you need more information.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for your order vary depending on product type, product size and your location. Please contact us to find out more information about the shipping costs for your order.

Other Costs

Where possible we aim to include local sales tax in the price charged at checkout. Depending on your location, there may be additional customs and taxes payable when your order arrives. This is outside of our control and is your responsibility.

Packaging

Our products are shipped in secure packaging that is protective and eco-friendly, so they are delivered safely to you with minimal environmental impact.

Tracking

Your order will usually ship with tracking but this depends on the destination, product and type of shipping. To track your order we provide you with an email and tracking link once your product ships. If this is not available please contact us for more information.

Delivery

If you have not received your order by the expected time, please check the delivery address is correct. If your order is not received within 30 days of the expected time, please let us know and we will send a replacement item at no extra cost. If the order was not delivered because you entered an incorrect address, you will need to pay for shipping of the replacement item.

RETURN POLICY

Returns & Refunds

Our product range includes art prints, other printed products, and original artwork. As the products we offer are unique and/or custom made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered. Please choose carefully and contact us if you want more information or need help making a selection.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on our products. If you need help with choosing which size to order, please see the sizing information or contact us.

Replacements

If there is something wrong with your order, please email us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please provide your order number and details, with clear photos/video showing the issue. Once we have confirmed the issue, we will arrange to send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

Variations

Colors may vary slightly across different screens and monitors. This means there may be minor color variations between the product image and the item delivered. There may also be minor variations in print placement depending on the product chosen. If this happens, it will not be considered a defect or covered by the return policy.

Delivery

Please carefully check the address details you provide for delivery when making an order. If you make a mistake, contact us immediately to see if we can change your order, if it has not started production. If we are unable to change your order, we may be able to send you a replacement, but you will need to pay for shipping.
